Call Relay provides an online venue and services that connect users for one-on-one phone consultations (the "Services"), which Services are accessible at www.callrelay.app and any other websites through which Call Relay makes the Services available (collectively, the "Site") and as an application for mobile devices (the "Application").

5. Phone Call Data
As a phone consultation service, we handle specific types of call-related data:
- Call Recordings: We do not record phone calls. Call audio is never stored by Call Relay.
- Call Metadata: We collect call metadata for billing and service delivery purposes, including call duration, timestamp, participant phone numbers, and call status (completed, missed, etc.). This data is stored securely and retained for a reasonable period for billing, operational, and legal compliance purposes.
- Phone Numbers: Phone numbers are stored in E.164 international format (e.g., +1-555-123-4567) to ensure proper routing and delivery. We do not store raw phone numbers in any other format.
- Transcripts and AI: We do not transcribe calls or use AI to analyze call content. No conversation content is processed by AI systems.
- Encryption: All call-related data is encrypted both in transit (using TLS/HTTPS) and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We use Twilio to connect phone calls and Stripe to process payments. These service providers have access to relevant data only as necessary to provide their services, and we contractually require them to protect your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
